As we expand our national client portfolio, we’re looking for someone with strong communication skills to represent brands across face-to-face campaigns.

You’ll work across:

  • Business-to-Consumer (B2C) outreach
  • Business-to-Business (B2B) initiatives
  • Event and promotional campaigns

You’ll receive brand-specific training and will be encouraged to share ideas to optimise performance. Attention to detail and GDPR compliance are essential when handling client data and sales reporting.

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is helpful, but not required.

We’re looking for someone personable, proactive, and keen to deliver exceptional brand experiences.

Step 1: Introductory Webinar
Due to the high volume of applicants, our process begins with a short webinar. This is an essential first step, designed to give you a clear and transparent overview of who we are, what we do, and what opportunities exist within Instant Interactions.

The webinar covers:

  • Realistic expectations around earnings, responsibilities, and progression
  • Insight into our client partnerships and growth model

Step 2: In-Depth Interview
If you decide to move forward, you’ll be invited to a more detailed, one-on-one interview. This session is tailored to your goals and experience, offering the chance to explore:
